Seven Flexible Function Rooms
Our seven function rooms fit events of any size. From mid-sized conferences in Poseidon and Kohaku to private meetings in Ogon Platinum and large-scale exhibitions and gala dinners in Goromo, each room can be set up in theatre, classroom, banquet, or U-shape layouts to suit your needs.
Poseidon Function Room
Our Poseidon Room opens to panoramic sea views and a spacious open-air foyer. The room is a natural fit for banquets, conferences, and exhibitions, while the pre-function area and foyer offer an airy space for tea breaks and standing receptions, every gathering framed by the beauty of Non Nuoc Beach
Yamabuki Meeting Room
Inspired by the golden Yamabuki Koi, a sign of wealth and prosperity, Yamabuki is an intimate room with floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light and views of the Marble Mountains. Arranged in theatre, classroom, or U-shape layouts, it's an ideal choice for smaller meetings and seminars.
Ogon Platinum Meeting Room
Ogon Platinum, inspired from the silver-bodied Ogon Koi, is a private boardroom seating up to 30 in a U-shape setup, with all the modern facilities a productive meeting needs.
Goromo Function Rooms
Spanning 864 square metres, Goromo is inspired by the Goromo Koi. Ideal for large conferences and gala dinners, it can be divided into three flexible rooms to suit groups of different sizes and needs. Paired with its pre-function foyer of nearly 1,000 square metres, Goromo is a spacious venue for large-scale exhibitions and events.

Room Set-up Examples
BANQUET
Generally used for banquets, gala dinners, and events involving small group discussions. A 1.6-meter-diameter round table comfortably seats up to 10 guests, creating an inviting atmosphere for dining, networking, and conversation.
CONFERENCE & HOLLOW SQUARE
Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
U-SHAPE
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
THEATER
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
CLASSROOM
The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
COCKTAIL RECEPTION
Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
